Ministry Goals

Our desire as a family is to see God glorified in everything that we do. We feel that the Lord would have us accomplish His work through the following three ministry goals:

1. Evangelism

We desire to reach those who have never heard the gospel through evangelism. Here are some methods we intend to use for evangelism:

·Door to door witnessing
·Bible studies
·Ladies’ meetings
·Men’s meetings
·Vacation Bible School
·Tract distribution
·Evangelistic films
·Sports ministries

2. Discipleship

Once a person has become a Christian we believe that it is of utmost importance that they are biblically grounded in scripture. We believe a vital part of the Great Commission is “teaching them to observe all things.” We desire to see each believer doctrinally grounded so that they may go out and reach others for Christ.  Our greatest goal is to train national believers to reach their own countrymen with the wonderful news of Jesus Christ.  Discipleship can be accomplished on many different levels.  For new believers,  one-on-one discipleship is most important to see them established in their faith.  For those who hunger for more, we would love to provide continued biblical training through a Bible institute ministry.

3. Church Planting

We plan to establish New Testament indigenous local churches where the Body of Christ can meet.  God’s Word tells us not to “forsake the assembling of ourselves.”  We believe that the church is important for evangelism, encouragement, discipleship, and accountability.

We are truly excited to be used of God in Venezuela to take the gospel to those who have never heard.  Please pray for us as we desire God to direct every area of our life.
