    Praise the Lord!
I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name; for it is good before thy saints (Psalms 52:9).  We certainly have much to praise the Lord for.  The last 30 days has taken us to numerous locations and God has truly guided and directed all along the way.  On two separate occasions we saw car accidents that happened less than a mile from where we were traveling down the interstate.  God’s hand of protection was truly evidenced as we drove by the mangled vehicles.  We want to praise Him for the many ways that he protects us as we travel down the roads and present our burden for Venezuela. We also want to praise the Lord for orchestrating our schedule this last 30 days and giving us meetings in GA, TN, NC, FL, and MD.  On the Maryland trip alone we traveled over 1600 miles.

    Thank You!
We want to say thank you to the many churches who had part in hosting us these last 30 days. Many of you provided housing and meals for us as well as a love offering and we want to express our gratitude for your sacrifice.  Thanks so much for taking part in sending the gospel to Venezuela.  We also want to say thank you to those who have faithfully prayed for us.  Your prayers mean so much!

    Unexpected Blessing
During our travels this past month we went to Havana, FL to present our burden for Venezuela.  We were for Sunday morning and evening. On Monday morning we decided to drive approximately 1.5 hours to St. George Island, FL and spend a couple of hour at the beach as a family.  We had the whole beach to ourselves.  The nearest people we could see were probably 3/4 of a mile away. We had a blast!  The boys had a wonderful time trying to build sand castles and burying daddy in the sand.  We even had the opportunity to see a pod of dolphins swim through.

    Prayer Opportunity
As we travel we look for every opportunity to share our faith, but the Lord laid a particular opportunity on our hearts this past week while in Baltimore. During one of the afternoons in Baltimore Sarah and I took the boys to a playground to “burn off” some energy.  While we were there Sarah had the opportunity to talk to a young mother who was there with her son. Unfortunately the mother had to leave. Later that evening we went out to eat with the assistant pastor and his wife and Sarah saw the young mother working there as a waitress. She was able to strike up a short conversation again, but because the restaurant was busy the conversation was again cut short.  The Holy Spirit has really laid this woman on Sarah’s heart. We want to send some gospel literature to the woman in hopes that she will read it and accept Christ. Please pray that the young mother will accept and read the gospel literature and accept Christ.
